THE SOLAR TIME CLOCK

The solar system is a time clock in the sky. No one doubts that the moon gives light to the darkness of the night and who doubts the sun gives light and heat to the daylight hours? Everyone accepts that the moon controls the ocean tides and effects women's menstrual cycles and gestation. So why doubt that the planets also control certain things that happen on the Earth's plane? There is a reason and function to these celestial bodies. They are not in the sky purely for decoration or ornamentation.

Most people are aware of what their sun sign is, but don't know much about the other planets in their charts. Scientific astrology is a complete, rich and deep rooted science. When the charts are properly prepared in depth, they reveal the reasons why particular events occur in the life of this planet and in the inhabitants who live here. It is unfortunate that this science has become mystified and lost to most of us.

The history of astrology is rich and should not be dismissed out of hand. Ancient powerful nations were often ruled through the science of astrology. For example, when Nebuchadnezzar carried the Jews out of Jerusalem in 606 BC, he named Daniel (he of the lion's den), head astrologer. And Daniel's astrological expertise identified events that were to come to pass. Daniel was a scientific astrologer.

Astrology in today's world is viewed as little more than "fun and games" - (What does your horoscope say?) These "one size fits all" horoscopes in newspapers and magazines cannot possibly give an accurate personal reading of your chart, because the "astrologer" doesn't take into account all the planets in your chart. It is the relative position of the planets at a particular point in time that reveals situations. For example, planet Mercury effects communications here on Earth. When it goes retrograde, expect misunderstandings, travel snafus and general difficulties making even simple ideas clear to others.

In modern times there are few people who truly understand the science of planet alignments. When tragedies happen on Earth people often say, "Why did God let this happen?" (911 for example) Many ministers rave that people are being sinful or the nation (affected) is sinful and abandoning God, blaming tragedies on those supposed sins.

The truth of the matter is that disaster and turmoil can be attributed to the pattern of movement of the planets, whose areas of control are at odds with each other in that particular alignment. If planets in your personal chart are in the same alignment as those planets in the time clock in the sky that are causing the turmoil in general, then you may be hit but your neighbor (whose planet alignment is different) may not be touched.

People who say, "I don't believe in astrology" are showing that they don't understand the real science of astrology. Astrology can be very enlightening and can be a guide to navigating obstacles while taking advantage of favorable periods in your life.
